Denis Lanek, famously known as Afande Lanek, the President of the Gospel Music Revival, a body that broke away from the Federation of Gospel Artists of Uganda umbrella has threatened to reveal the bitter secrets of gospel artists fighting him and his leadership.
Afande Lanek is accusing outspoken gospel artiste Wisdom Kaye, Levixone, Coopy Bly, Dangelo Busulwa among others of smearing him with dung so as to steal the alleged Gospel Musicians Covid-19 stimulus package yet to be released by the government.
It is reported that when gospel musicians learnt that the government was soon releasing the COVID-19 stimulus package for gospel artists just like it did to events promoters, gospel artists quickly had a fresh election of their umbrella thereby voting Wisdom Kaye as their new President of the Federation of Gospel Artists of Uganda, a position that had veen earlier held by Afande Lanek.
Afande Lanek could thereafter form the Gospel music Revival, a gospel musicians umbrella that is working with UMA to secure the much contested for gospel Covid-19 stimulus package from the market.
Lanek has now threatened to expose the bitter secrets of all gospel musicians currently fighting his leadership and plotting to go away with the COVID-19 stimulus package for gospel musicians which he maintains should pass through the proper channels.
Apart from doing secular and fake gospel music, Lanek is more than ready to reveal secrets of some of the gospel musicians like those having a choir of children, the drunkard and those involving in dirty games contrary to the church laws if they continue fighting him.
