Football star Sentume Joseph has put pen to paper on a three year deal with the cops till 2023.
The central defender who has also wore the club's armband for the larger of the past season expressed his pleasure for the opportunity given to him by the Club having his contract extended.
“It’s a pleasure having given this opportunity. It’s a sign of trust and confidence in me by the club and I promise to double my effort compared to last season," Sentume noted.
The club CEO Fahad Lumu who witnessed the signing expressed his trust in Sentume who will continue to serve as the club captain.
“He is a very instrumental player in the team, he has extreme experience and we are optimistic he will put all efforts together to achieve our main goal." The CEO had to claim.
Sentume promised the funs to put up a great display and work tirelessly to ensure the team perform well in the coming season.
Police FC finished 13th on a sixteen team table with 25 points from 8 wins, 4 draws and 13 losses. The new season is slated for 17th October, 2020 if the healthy status in the country eases.
