City socialite and money bags Sipapa of the Sipapa Entertainment has revealed why he dumped his official wife Brown Shugar real name, Evelyne Nakalema and stopped even providing for her.
Following a public outcry to city money bags Charles Olim alias Sipapa to bail out his ex-lover and singer Brown Sugar from the depression that she is currently facing caused by the too much debts that she is swimming in, Sipapa has opened up on why he can't get reunited with the singer because of her bad behaviours of drug addiction.
Sipapa has brought out evidence to prove that his ex-lover was drug addict no wonder things couldn't work out anymore between the two former bonkmates.
According to medical report from Paragon Hospital (Rehab), Brown Shugar intended to commit suicide in January this year (2020) after taking a lot of cocaine, heroine, kuba and excess alcohol thereby taking her in for substance abuse rehabilitation.

By disclosing the hospital receipts, the arrogant pencil sized socialite has made it clean how he no longer has interest in the singer and should take care of her personal life.
