The Ministry of Health has revealed how it didn't participate in the payment of socialite Bad Black's COVID-19 Advert money.
This is after the Queen of Sumbie Vendors (Bad Black), real names Shanita Namuyimbwa issued an intention to sue notice to the Health Ministry and its partners for concealed exploitation after using her for free in the COVID-19 Campaign.
However, Bad Black managed to win the battle as the NRM Party through the party diehards managed to clear her shs550million debt thereby leaving her a happy mum.
While giving the COVID-19 accountability last Saturday, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Dr. Diana Atwine revealed how they didn't participate in paying Bad Black as a Ministry since she had no contractual obligation with them.
"I can’t comment on the money given to Namuyimbwa Shanita (Bad Black) because we (Ministry of Health) did not participate in paying her. It wouldn’t be proper to for us pay someone we do not have a contract with. I, however learnt from social media that friends of the NRM had given her money." Said Dr. Diana Atwine.
