When singer Geoffrey Lutaaye Senior Four Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) UNEB results came back in 2019 he rushed to share them with his fans but now that his Senior 6 results are back the singer is quiet like a dead cockroach.
After him sitting for his A-level exams, Lutaaya has refused to share his results with his fans and the medis fraternity even though he was among the over 104,000 candidates who sat for their Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations in 2019.
Different people, his friends, fans and journalists have tried reaching out for Geoffrey for a comment but he just keeps shutting them down with no response his raising the question in our Headline, whether the singer is afraid of being ashamed and laughed at hence keeping his results a secret.
Lutaaya dropped out of school 20 years ago to go and pursue his music career, decided to go back after expressing his interest in the Kakuto County parliamentary seat come 2021 general elections. UACE certificate is the minimum academic qualification for any legislative seat in Uganda.
It should be remembered that Lutaaya scored Aggregates 62 in last year’s UCE results and the music star’s best-done subject was English, a C5, followed by Biology in which he scored a C6. CRE is the only other subject in which he scored other than an F9, a P8, while he scored F9 in all the other five subjects.
