Musician's UNEB Results Shock Many, Only Gets F.9's in Senior 6 Exams and Blames People Power

Popular Northern Uganda musician and former People Power opposition pressure group mobiliser for the Acholi sub region Bosmic Otim is currently crying foul place as his blames his former political group for his alarming 2019 UACE results that halted his parliamentary optical ambitions.

Just like the Busiro South parliamentary legislator MP Peter Sematimba who joined the over 100K candidates countrywide to sit his Advanced level national exams in 2019 given the fact that his academic credentials were a subject of court petition, Bosmic Otim too never wasted time as he joined the 49 other candidates to sit his A'Level at Gulu Hall hosted at St Joseph's College Layibi located in Gulu municipality so as to enlighten his future goals.

Otim is reportedly to have been considering to run for the Kitgum municipality Parliamentary seat now occupied by Beatrice Atim Anywar, the State Minister for environment.

However, according to Uganda Radio Network, the singer turned politician's ambitions to contest for a Parliamentary seat were dented by his failure to obtain the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) in last year’s examinations yet its a credential for persons wishing to run for Parliamentary seats as they are required to at least have a UACE certificate, granted upon obtaining principal and/or subsidiary passes at A’ level.

Below are Bosmic Otim Joyce's alarming UACE results, index number U0226/507 indicate that he scored;

However, Bosmic Otim believes that his results could have been purposely altered by People Power to disorganize" him and dent his chances of contesting for a seat in 2021.

"A lot of concerns were raised since I joined the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party. The top shots will act from up and sabotage me. Some two months ago, those same politicians looked for my index number and I believe this is what they have done, this is open malice,” Otim said.
