Shocking reports from Buikwe County North Member of Parliament Paul Musoke Sebulime indicate how he claims not to be the father of Judith Babirye's newly born child.
Acording to Paul, before he filed for a divorce against wife and fellow legislator Judith Babirye also a renowned gospel singer., she used to starve him in bed without a taste of her sumbie so there's no way he could be the father of the child she recently gave birth to.
The divorce case filed at Makindye based family division court will be heard next month by Justice Olive Karazarwe Mukaye.
According Divorce petition, Musoke said he does not want any ruling by court as regards marital property but rather the dissolution of the marriage on grounds that his right to have sex with Babirye has for long been violated.
He also revealed that he has been denied his conjugal rights by his Babirye which is a fundamental human right of any person adding that it was high time they parted ways.
“I don’t want any ruling from the honorable court of sharing anything with my ex-wife other than dissolving our marriage once and for all,” Musoke said in his petition
