Top RNB Stars Lined Up for Roast And Rhyme 'Soul on Strings’ Edition: Iryn Namubiru, Maro, Anknown, Zuli Tums

Uganda’s much-loved picnic-style music event, Roast And Rhyme, is back with its 22nd edition dubbed, Soul on Strings, set for Sunday, November 3rd, at Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo. With gates opening at 11 a.m., they have put up a lineup of top performers like Iryn Namubiru, Maro, Zuli Tums and Anknown.

The event brings together a stellar lineup of Ugandan music icons:

• Iryn Namubiru: Headlining the event, Namubiru’s iconic, powerful vocals and electrifying performances are set to captivate fans. Known for her emotionally rich and timeless hits, she’s sure to bring unmatched energy to the stage.

• Maro: Uganda’s “RnB Kyabazinga” will add a soulful touch with his smooth vocals and Afro-soul melodies, perfectly suited for the intimate lakeside setting.
• ZuliTums: Known for blending Afrobeat with R&B, ZuliTums’ emotive storytelling and rich vocals will create an unforgettable experience for fans craving deep lyrical connections.
• Anknown: A rising star in Uganda’s Afropop scene, Anknown’s energetic performances and fresh approach to love and resilience are bound to add a dynamic touch.
