Locals of Nalubugo, Mpigi District have started petition to name their road after ailing singer Evelyn Lagu where she relocated to two months ago after being gifted the house by well wishers.
Appearing in camera after being visited by different people in Nalubugo over the weekend, Zubair Family actress was seen smiling and thanking everyone for taking care of her.
She was at her home when Evelyn Lagu revealed that ever since she relocated to Nalubugo, land has increased in value.
She credited the progress to her fame and the region’s infrastructure development since her relocation to the area as eight plots of land have been sold off as people yearn to be part of her neighbourhood.
