Renowned UK- based Ugandan events promoter, Joseph Kiggundu aka Jose of Jobslink Group, is back on the entertainment scene with a massive event dubbed “The UG Fest 2026” in London on July 4th, 2026 at Newham Leisure Centre.
Featuring top Uganda artistes like Cindy Sanyu, Ray G, Apass, Omega 256, Vyroota and others, the UG Fest is a mega entertainment event that will thrill London partiers like never before!
This is mainly because besides the lineup above, the UG Fest shall also feature thrilling performances by famous Ugandan entertainers DJ Ssuuna Ben and Mbaziira Tony, who will give everyone a dose of their famous ‘Binyanya’ music.
Currently anticipated to be one of the biggest events on the London party calendar this year, the UG Fest is meant to be a mega comeback for promoter Kiggundu, who has in the past organised various entertainment events in London and other parts of the United Kingdom.

In his remarks about this upcoming event, Kiggundu noted that this shall be a celebration of Ugandan cultural performances, traditional dishes, and family-friendly activities that shall create memorable moments for everyone.
He stressed that the daylong festival is expected to attract people of all ages and children below the age of 12 years will be charged only £5 for entrance so as to make it easier for them to attend the festival with their parents.
Kiggundu observed that the event is meant to converge Ugandan families in London and parts of Europe not just entertainment but also meaningful interactions and networking.
“This festival is all about family, culture, and community, unlike other events that we have organised in the past,” Kiggundu said.
He also revealed that the UG Fest has been organised as massive a celebration of the Ugandan community in London, UK and Europe and will also feature captivating exhibitions in art and craft, local cuisines, poetry, among other segments.

In his concluding remarks, Kiggundu expressed heartfelt gratitude to various brands that are powering The UG Fest.
