Controversial musically struggling singer Patrick Mulwana aka Alien Skin is once again at the center of public attention after issuing a 24-hour ultimatum to the people of Busoga, to choose between what he described as “peace or war,” while making bold claims about his status and influence.
“I’m a celebrity than the entire Busoga region. I’m on the level of being the President,” he said, adding that he should be handled with care.
The singer further warned that he was prepared to escalate tensions if his demands are not met.
“I have given them one last chance to think about it. I give them a 24-hour ultimatum, and if they want chaos, I start immediately,” he stated.

Alien Skin also referenced ongoing disagreements, suggesting he had initially chosen to de-escalate the situation and focus on separate issues involving the military. However, he warned that Busoga could become part of his conflicts if the matter is not resolved.
His remarks come at a time when leaders and legislators from Busoga are reportedly demanding an apology from the singer over what they describe as repeated disrespect toward the region and its cultural institution, including the Kyabazinga.
The comments have since triggered mixed reactions online, with some condemning the tone of his statements while others dismiss them as publicity-driven rhetoric.
