Singer Juliana Kanyomozi has reaffirmed her decision to keep the identity of her son Taj’s father private, explaining that she prefers to keep her family life away from public scrutiny.
Juliana welcomed Taj six years ago but chose a different approach to motherhood by keeping her second pregnancy largely out of the public eye. Only a small circle of family members and close friends reportedly knew she was expecting, and she announced the news after giving birth.
Since then, social media users have repeatedly pushed her to reveal the identity of Taj’s father, with some making their own assumptions. However, the singer has maintained her privacy and declined to publicly address the speculation.
During an interview with BBS TV, Juliana explained that keeping her personal life private is a deliberate choice, noting that people have different ways of handling their lives.
“Generally, I’m a very private person. Most of the things that concern me, I do not want to bring them out on social media. Those are my ways; I might be different from others but everyone is free to do what they want,” she said.
Juliana has also explained that her decision to keep Taj away from public attention is intended to give him the freedom to choose his own path when he grows older. She wants him to decide for himself whether he wishes to live a public life or remain private.
The singer’s position reflects her preference to protect her family’s personal space despite continued public curiosity about her relationship status and her son’s father.
