Lubowa Karting is set to host Ignition Tournament Season 2 on Saturday, October 24, 2026, alongside the official opening of Pitstop Bistro, a new restaurant and social space at the racing venue.
The event will begin at 8:00 AM, bringing together karting enthusiasts, drivers, families and spectators for a day of competitive racing, food, drinks and entertainment.
Following the inaugural season, the second edition of the Ignition Tournament aims to build on the excitement of the competition while giving visitors an opportunity to experience the new dining and social space.
According to Lubowa Karting Managing Director Emil Ampofo, the partnership with Pitstop Bistro is part of a broader vision to make the venue a destination where people can race, eat, relax and connect.
The launch marks an expansion of Lubowa Karting’s offerings beyond motorsport, providing visitors with a place to enjoy meals, socialise with friends and family, and unwind while experiencing the atmosphere of the racetrack.
The tournament and restaurant launch will take place at Lubowa Karting, located at Plot 1624 Lubowa Estate in Lubowa, Wakiso District.
