City socialite Shanitah Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black gave birth to her son Jaasiel — on her own birthday. A shared holiday they are to celebrate together with husband Asha Panda.
According to Bad Black, the baby was born at exactly 5:30 AM, weighing a healthy 3.5 kilograms. No complications. Just tears, joy, and that unmistakable sense that something big had just shifted in her life.
“Today, I was born again. Not just because it’s my birthday, but because I’m bringing life into this world. My son is on his way,” she posted earlier, while still in labour.
And now he’s here.

It’s her fifth child, but the first with current partner Asha Panda, and going by the early photos, messages, and digital squeals of joy — Slim Daddy (yes, that one) is over the moon. Literally. Someone said “Yamuyitilideko!” and from the way he’s smiling in photos, they weren’t lying.
