The unique birthmark instantly caught the eyes of followers, sparking a wave of admiration, curiosity, and spiritual speculation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"862\">Many described the mark as a sign of divine favor or a symbol of spiritual significance, with some calling the child \u201canointed\u201d or \u201cmarked by God.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"978\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"978\">\u201cThat\u2019s not just a birthmark.
