Sources say the two recently linked up as efforts intensify to secure Kato a sit-down with President Museveni over the controversial UGX 5 billion fund meant for Ugandan content creators.<\/p>\n
Bebe Cool, who has often positioned himself close to power corridors, is reportedly playing mediator trying to calm Kato down and push for his inclusion in the process.<\/p>\n
Kato has been loudly claiming he was sidelined from the initiative despite being one of the early figures behind organizing bloggers in Uganda.<\/p>\n
