Putting all the glitz and glamour aside, songstress Spice Diana made a stop at Dinah Special Children Foundation in Lukalu, Mpigi District, as they celebrated the grand opening of their brand-new swimming pool, soccer field, and playground for children with disabilities.
Spice Diana—real name Hajara Namukwaya—didn’t just show up for the cameras. She came with real emotion, music, and a message of inclusion, compassion, and deep love for children living with physical and mental disabilities.
“These children deserve more than just care—they deserve love and celebration just like any other child,” Spice shared. “Every child deserves love, dignity, and opportunity.”
As the foundation’s ambassador, Spice Diana has become more than just a figurehead—she’s family. She’s actively involved in the growth of the centre.
Dinah Special Children Foundation is a vision of building over 37 housing blocks, with each block having six units, giving these children not just shelter but a real sense of belonging, safety, and community. For many of the kids and their caretakers, this place is becoming more than a centre—it’s becoming home.
Set on a 50-acre piece of land, the Dinah Special Children Foundation is offering rehabilitation and education— and also empowering parents and guardians with the tools and knowledge they need to support their children.
