Who is Sean Musa Carter?
Sean Musa Carter, born Ssematimba Musa, is a Ugandan journalist, editor, digital media consultant and YouTuber widely recognized for his contribution to the growth of online entertainment journalism in Uganda.
Active since 2015, he has established himself as one of the country’s most consistent and professional online journalists, working with some of Uganda’s top entertainment media platforms.
Career in Journalism
Carter began his career in 2015 as a reporter for EnewsUganda, one of the earliest online entertainment outlets. His sharp reporting and digital storytelling quickly earned him recognition, and he later joined Blizz Entertainment Limited as a reporter for their website Ugbliz.com, which later rebranded into Blizz.co.ug.
At Blizz, he rose through the ranks and was eventually appointed Editor-in-Chief, a position he has held with distinction. In this role, he has combined both field and desk reporting, ensuring the platform maintains its reputation as one of Uganda’s leading digital entertainment news outlets.

His versatility has made him a sought-after figure in the industry, balancing roles as a journalist, editor, consultant, and digital strategist.

Apart from journalism, Sean Musa Carter is also a professional web designer and digital advisor. He has supported and rebranded multiple Ugandan online blogs, providing technical expertise and strategy while protecting client confidentiality.
He also runs the successful Sean Musa Carter YouTube channel, which covers both Ugandan and international news.
