Renowned Ugandan videographer and film director Sasha Vybz (real name Ian Akankwasa) just keeps proving why he is the biggest when it comes to music visuals in East Africa after this new project with Koffi Olamide.
After recently flexing his skills in Rwanda and Tanzania with videos for Bruce Melodie and Diamond Platnumz, Sasha is back home with yet another monster project — and this time, it’s none other than Congolese music giant Koffi Olomide.
Yes , the legendary Koffi touched down in Entebbe, and Sasha was the man behind the camera for his new music video. The shoot wrapped up this past Sunday and already fans across the region are buzzing, waiting to see what magic is loading.
Sasha himself called the project “one of the best I’ve ever worked on” — and coming from a guy who has given us iconic videos for Sheebah, Cindy, Reachel K, Mambo Yo and so many others, you know this is serious business.
From Kampala to Kigali to Dar es Salaam, and now with Koffi Olomide in the bag, Sasha Vybz is simply untouchable right now.
