Reality TV star and city socialite Prima Kardashi has opened up about some painful chapters of her life, including losing both her home and her kids. And honestly? The streets of Kampala have been rough.
Speaking on the latest episode of Kampala Creme, Prima shared that she’s been fighting to find herself again after things fell apart. With two daughters (aged 10 and 5) from her relationship with singer Geosteady, Prima admitted that she had to make one of the hardest decisions of her life—letting go of her children.
Yeah, you heard that right.
According to Prima, she reached a point last year where she couldn’t juggle it all—raising kids, paying bills, AND hustling to keep her business afloat. So, she gave the kids to her elder sister Fiona for a while and moved in with her best friend Sonia just to survive.

“These kids are my life, but I had to close my business. I couldn’t afford living with them anymore. I had to lose my home and move in with Sonia. I couldn’t go with my kids,” she shared emotionally.
Right now, Prima is in hustle mode, doing everything she can to get back on her feet and get a proper home so she can live with her babies again.
“I miss them. I’m used to seeing them every day. I’m always wondering—did they eat, what are they up to? Of course, I cannot stress my sister every single day,” she said.
Meanwhile, their dad Geosteady isn’t around either. He’s currently in rehab dealing with his own struggles with drug abuse. But Prima says the kids still ask about him, and she’s doing her best to keep their hope alive.
“Even when they ask for him, I try to give them hope that they’ll see Daddy soon. I don’t tell them where he is,” she added.
