Halloween in Kampala is about to go wild as Nyege Nyege teams up with Talent Africa Group to throw the ultimate spooky experience dubbed Rave to the Grave, happening October 31st, 2025 at Somewhere Else Bar in Naguru.
This one doubles as the official Nyege Nyege Pre-Party — The Ekiggunda Ky’Omuliro (Gathering of the Flame) — where the spirits of music, madness and mischief come alive. Expect dark energy, crazy costumes, and beats that will keep you haunted till dawn.
DJ Rocky will be in charge of the decks, spinning everything from house, hip-hop to Afrobeat, while Aweko Brian will serenade the crowd with his smooth Afro-pop and R&B jams. R3ign Drops, known for songs like Rise Up and Vibe Check, will take it up a notch alongside Hibotep, who’s promising to awaken the spirits with her signature sound.
Also performing will be Authentic Voices Africa, bringing that raw African vibe with live energy that blends traditional and modern beats.
Everything spooky will be happening from pumpkin carvings, trick-or-treat moments, to wild Halloween costumes. This is not your regular Kampala party, it’s a full-on Nyege Nyege experience before the main festival kicks off.
