Afro Connect Entertainment is gearing up for the 5th Edition of Miss Curvy International Germany, a celebration of beauty, confidence, and culture for plus-size women, set to happen on 28th February, 2026, at Flamingoweg 24, Stuttgart. Registration is open.
The event, will kick off on Saturday at 2 PM and run till late, featuring live music, food, and cultural showcases that promise to keep the vibe lively and inclusive.
Early bird tickets go for €20, while regular ones are €25, and registration is already open via www.afroconnectentertainment.org.
Founded in 2021 by Ugandan business lady Mabel Namakula, the pageant has grown into a global platform that empowers curvy women to reclaim their confidence and challenge body shaming. Mabel, who personally battled insecurities and mental health struggles linked to body image, created the initiative to “inspire women everywhere to celebrate who they are regardless of size.”
Now in its fifth year, the pageant has expanded beyond borders, attracting contestants from Uganda, the US, Angola, Senegal, Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Turkey, and many other countries.

Registration comes with a €250 non-refundable fee, and contestants must commit to rehearsals, fittings, and media sessions before the main event.
Judges will pick winners based on beauty, confidence, talent, and stage presence, with prizes including:
- Overall Winner: €1,000
- 1st Runner-up: €500
- 2nd Runner-up: €300
- Special Categories (€30 each): Miss Beach Wear, Miss Traditional Wear, Miss Career Wear, Miss Evening Wear, Miss Popularity, and Miss Congeniality.
