Singer Karole Kasita has celebrated her son King’s third birthday in a way that surprised many, choosing to invest in his future by purchasing him land instead of throwing a flashy party for others to enjoy.
The self-proclaimed “Mamacita” shared a heartfelt message alongside throwback photos from a past photoshoot, revealing that she is gifting her son a piece of land as his birthday present.
According to Kasita, the decision was inspired by socialite Zari Hassan, who is well known for prioritising long-term investments for her children over lavish celebrations.
In her message, Kasita reflected on how her son seemed completely uninterested during a previous birthday shoot, joking that the whole experience taught her that such things are simply “not for him.” She described King as calm, stress-free, and naturally royal.
“I remember the day we took these pics,we took too much of your time of that day n u got tired of us. U literally cried. I realised these things r not for you😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. You are full of Royalty,oli muntu wa dembe,u dont want stress,you are just it,a King. Happy birthday my King. I learnt smth frm Zari,il not be throwin u a party, am instead buying you a piece of land to widen your Kingdom. We pray for more life. Thank you God” Kasita wrote.
She went on to explain that instead of organising a birthday party, she had decided to buy him land to “widen his kingdom,” adding prayers for long life, protection and many more years to celebrate.
King was born on January 4, 2023, at Kampala Hospital, and since then, Kasita has regularly shared moments of motherhood with her fans, often speaking about how having a child changed her outlook on life.
