Speaking to the press, the legendary singer made a passionate plea to President Museveni, urging the government to step in and support musicians who are investing heavily in making Uganda shine on the global stage.
“I’ve so far spent $700,000 just to record my new album Break The Chains, and I’ll need $2 million to promote it. President Museveni should support us,” Bebe Cool said.
