Singer Chosen Becky has finally spilled the tea on the dramatic, heartbreaking saga that led her to dump her “toxic” ex, Dictator Amiri, and find true love and a real father for her son, Jib, in photographer-turned-husband, Mr. Qadir Sekajja.
In a raw, emotional statement posted on Facebook and quickly deleted because it was TOO MUCH, Becky confirmed that the rumours of her misery during the pregnancy were 100% true!
Chosen Becky revealed the genesis of her deeper connection with Mr. Ssekajja, confirming that her relationship with Dictator Amiri was a living nightmare during her pregnancy.
“When I got pregnant for baaba Jib, I told Dictator that am pregnant happily, and his reply was, ‘That’s not my child! Please abort’,” she wrote. OUCH!

Amiri’s alleged mission was to force her to abort the child. Becky claims he went to ridiculous lengths, showing her forged messages and even playing her a recording of a woman claiming the baby belonged to her “husband.“
“So, forging all those messages and recordings, his mission was to force me to abort baaba Jib,” she explained.
The singer’s pain only deepened as she hit the eight-month mark. She revealed that Amiri only resurfaced to use her for social media content!
“He came for videos to get likes maybe and show people that he is in it,” she revealed.
After the baby was born on September 12, 2024, Amiri’s behaviour allegedly got worse. When Becky called him during labour, he told her “ah nawe ndeka nebake [leave me alone to sleep] and then hung up the call.” When he finally came after being pressured by his mother, he held the baby and allegedly commented, “eh Ono omwana oba waani! Kale simutegeddde [Eh, whose child is this! I don’t understand him].”
And the ultimate disrespect? After shooting videos for his social media following, he TOOK HIS MONEY BACK and disappeared until Jib was five months old!

Mr. Ssekajja: The Hero Daddy!
Dying from the pain, Becky confessed all her problems to her friend, the gentleman Mr. Ssekajja (now her husband!).
Becky wrote that Ssekajja cried and immediately committed to filling the fatherly void: “Rebecca, am going to be the father to that child. If the biological dad rejected him, that’s okay then am willing to be the father.”
From that day forward, Ssekajja took over, taking Jib for outings, buying milk, and handling all hospital visits.
“He is no longer rejected. He is loved. And that’s why we love him more because he was rejected. And I thank God,” Becky concluded, justifying why Mr. Ssekajja is the ONLY father Jib knows and why her recent Kwanjula was a triumph of true love over toxic drama!
