Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the Vision Bearer of Christ Lordship Ministries International and Lead Pastor of New Jerusalem Christian Fellowship Churches, has unveiled a massive ministry plan worth over UGX 6.8 billion while also warning believers about mistaking earthly power for divine authority.
The man of God, who oversees ministry “gates” in Kitwe (headquarters), Kilela in Tanzania, Kampala, and Kaduku in Kitagwenda, revealed that his network now manages over 100 homecells under 10 centres across East Africa.
According to Apostle Habaasa, the multi-billion plan covers evangelism programs, bursaries through St. Reuben Foundation Schools, construction of New Jerusalem Kingdom Halls and meeting tents, plus major infrastructure like a proposed school block, administrative block, commercial building, and a 3-storey guest house. The ministry is also investing in agriculture, animal farming, and bee-keeping projects to sustain operations.
He further called on partners and well-wishers to support the mission financially, pointing to accounts with Absa, DFCU, PostBank, and mobile money merchant codes dedicated to ministry development.

But beyond the money, Apostle Habaasa delivered a prophetic message titled “G.O.D – Government of the Day.” He cautioned believers against unknowingly worshipping earthly governments instead of God the Creator.
“Today, governments control access to basic needs like food, water, shelter and clothing—things God freely gave humanity. The world has made money the final medium of exchange, leaving billions suffering while a few sit on wealth enough for generations,” Habaasa explained.
The preacher said that since 2006, he has been led by the Spirit to restore God’s original plan by providing housing, food, water and clothes to the vulnerable through St. Reuben Foundations.
Despite the challenges, Apostle Habaasa remains firm that his ministry’s vision is global and will touch lives far beyond East Africa.
“Beloved brothers and sisters, your support towards Christ Lordship Ministries will help restore the Creator’s original plan. May your tomorrow be the beginning of joy, salvation, and the fulfillment of God’s promises,” he said.
