Comedian Anne Kansiime has confirmed how she is madly in love and dating M-Kopa boss Chad Larson, putting to rest whispers about her love life.
Sources close to Kansiime reveal the two have been together since last year after meeting in Kampala during Larson’s business trip. The M-Kopa co-founder, who has been based in Nairobi since 2010, is said to have been a long-time fan of her comedy dating back to her Citizen TV days.
Now things are official as Kansiime herself subtly confirmed the relationship in the comment section of a viral blog post and in recent interviews, she didn’t hold back.
She says this relationship hits different.
“I’ve never felt this taken care of,” she reportedly shared, giving fans a glimpse into her current happiness.
M-Kopa is not small money, the company reportedly pulled in over $500 million in revenue last year, operating across Africa with its popular buy-now-pay-later smartphone model.
Fans online are already reacting, with some celebrating her win and others joking about upgrading to M-Kopa phones “for blessings.”
