Joshua Baraka wrote history at Ndere Cultural Centre during his debut concert “B’raka Land” as he delivered what he does best, live music to the yearning crowds.
From the moment fans walked in, the place was already giving big vibes. A bright citrus-themed walkway, mirror photobooths, and sampling bars had everyone snapping photos before they even found their seats. Bell Citrus made sure the night started with a sip and a selfie.
The show kicked off with performances from fast-rising stars Ricky Odrey, Aijuka, and Kamanzi, who warmed up the crowd with fire sets. Moments later, Etania stepped on stage, the whole place went dark, and then BOOM—lights flashed, dancers stormed in, and Joshua Baraka appeared like the king of his own world. That was the official rebirth of Bell Citrus, and the crowd lost it.
Baraka performed hit after hit from Baby Steps to Juvie, and the fans sang along like a choir. In one of the standout moments, he lifted a pitcher in the air and the entire amphitheatre raised their Bell Citrus bottles for a massive toast. The energy was unmatched.

Bell Citrus Brand Manager Lillian Kansiime said the relaunch was all about flavour and vibrance, praising Baraka for representing a fresh wave of creativity. And the surprises kept coming—Maurice Kirya, Mun G, Big Trill, A Pass, and Isabel Twongeirwe all hit the stage to celebrate him.
Baraka took time to thank his mother, his fans, and the sponsors for believing in him and pushing his journey forward. To seal the night, Ssese Nation DJs came through and turned Ndere into an afterparty no one wanted to leave.
Talent Africa CEO Aly Alibhai said “B’raka Land” wasn’t just a concert but a celebration of Uganda’s culture and the power of unity when brands and artists come together.
The massive event was proudly powered by Bell Citrus, Mirinda, NRG Radio, Ssese Nation, SafeBoda, RedBull, and Fairway Hotel.
