Manchester United Completes the Signing of Daniel James

Daniel James

Manchester United has signed winger Daniel James from Swansea at an initial fee of £15M.

The 21-year old Wales international has signed a five year contract with the Old Trafford club and he’s Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first signing since he succeeded Jose Mourinho as manager.

The deal would have been accomplished earlier on but the star lost his father Kevin last month and Manchester United gave him a period of consolation up to today when the deal was finally completed.

James, a Swansea city academy graduate scored five times in 38 appearances during the 2018/2019 season and scored his first Wales goal on his competitive debut in a 1-0 win against Group E rivals Slovakia in March.
