Finally the Mayanja family brothers musicians Jose Chameleone and Pallaso have chose to contest on the Democratic Party (DP) ticket for the next upcoming elections.

As the wave of members in the entertainment industry showing interest to run for different political offices come 2021 continues, revelers have been optimistic on the right political party the two brothers would opt for having affirmed interest in vying for political offices.

Having trekked from NRM party, Jose Chameleone who is gearing for the Kampala City mayoral seat and Pallaso who has opted for the Kawempe South parliamentary seat will be contesting on the Democratic party this website has learnt.

The development has been reached upon as the ‘Tatizo’ singer and the ‘Sucker free boss’ where involved in a lengthy political discussion with the political party high command at the party’s headquarters in Kampala.

Through his Facebook page, the Leone Island Music Empire CEO has confirmed the good news to the public.

“As we draw forward to 2021, We are together as a country going to make decisions and amendments to benefit we the common man and our future descendants fairly.
I would never ever be here without the confidence of the people who believed in me since day one until today.

There is going to be No other way to pay back my Loyalty than standing with my people in this time. I greatly commend my fellow youths for standing in unity as that’s the only option left that will reignite our hope and courage to move on as a strong generation.
