After a run of five matches without a win for the Mike Mutebi charges, they on Friday 11th October, 2019 comfortably beat Onduparaka 4:0 and now stand seventh in the table.

KCCA who had last won a league match a month ago on 3rd September away to Busoga (0:1) had lost 2 of the last three league matches drawing the other and drawing all the two in CAF champions league.

KCCA's goals were from Sadat Anaku in the 33rd minute and a hat-trick from Mike Mutyaba in 63',68', and 76th minutes and brought the Lugogo based side back to winning ways.

The win against Onduparaka restores confidence in the young talents of KCCA FC and is a new start a for a winning run.

For Sadat Anaku, he had not scored a league goal since his promotion to the senior team after netting 83 goals in the juniors league for the past three seasons.

But his goal in the match opens an account for goals for the teenager who was brought to succeed Patrick Kaddu and now he's set for scoring.

This same applies to Mutyaba, the senior midfielder who was one of the outstanding performers as KCCA FC won last season's title has since this season had an average performance but a hat-trick means he's discovering last season's performance that saw him score up to 10 goals.

Beating Onduparaka who are so far one of the season's best teams and were third in the table by the time of their clash, brings about fear amongst the next opponents giving a signal that the boys are back to their winning mentality.

A four goal thriller is a real sign that the Kasasiro boys have started replicating last season's performance that saw them top the scorers list which haven't been the case this season where they have only been winning with a one goal margin.

Now standing seventh in the table, relieves the 14 time league Champions of Pressure they had when they were still 13th and will definitely pose threats to their next opponents-Kyetume FC.
