Herbert Zziwa Quits From NTV Uganda After 7 Years of News Anchoring, See Here Why

NTV Uganda has bid farewell to their news reporter, Herbert Zziwa as he signed out of Nation Media Group on after 7 years with the company, He has also spoken out about his leaving.

The renowned media personality has been the face of NTV Uganda's Luganda news bulletin "NTV Akawungeezi" as a reporter for the last 9 years.

Before joining the screens, the 30 year old had a radio stint with NMG's 93.3 KFM and Daily Monitor newspaper as a newscaster and writer respectively.

Zzziwa has officially announced his departure from the Serena based media house on Tuesday thereby his works being recognised with a portrait on NTV Akawungeezi news bulletin.

"Good bye is indeed a sad word just like some musician put it. @zziwaherbert, you have been a hard working, reliable and self driven when duty called. We appreciate your efforts and wish you well on your new journey."

Ziiwa who is set to officially take on his new role as manager Communications at National Building Review Board (NBRB) has too hailed his former bosses and fans for the utmost support during his previous journey.
