After some good period of investigations into Moses Magogo's sale of World Cup tickets allegations, FIFA finally gave its verdict after finding Magogo guilty of encroaching on article 67 of the FIFA Ethics Code of application of the Plea Bargain.
FIFA ordered Magogo to stay out of all football related activities on both International and National levels for a period of two months.
Mr. Moses Hasheem Magogo is also required to pay a fine of 10,000 Swiss Francs which is approximately equivalent to UGX 37 Million.
This punishment went into effect from yesterday Thursday 10th October, 2019 and during that period, FUFA first vice President Justus Mugisha will act in the President's seat.
FIFA has been doing it's investigations upon the petition that was filed by Makindye West MP and shadow minister for sports Allan Ssewanyana in 2017.
