Latest reports coming through to Blizz Uganda desks confirms how city self styled tycoon and socialite Marcus Ali Lwanga aka God’s Plan together with his girlfriend Sheila Carol Gashumba re currently constructing a shopping mall in Kampala.
Through a series of stories on her Instagram account, Sheila has put up posts confirming how the couple is investing big for their future and inorder for their money not to just go to waste as they invest it wisely.
Sheila posted; “Proud of you God’s Plan. Shopping mall opening pushed back to August but we working.”
