Bobi Wine Takes Revelers by Surprise As He Joins TikTok For the Famous Challenges

Oppositional National Unity Platform, NUP Party Principal Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has taken revelers by surprise after joining TikTok with a trending challenge about Buganda kingdom's cultural norms.

After a long await while still utilising Facebook and Twitter platforms, the singer turned politician's presence on the video focused social networking platform, TikTok was felt by revelers on Easter Sunday and Ugandans are till now loving it under his handle @he_bobiwine.

From making a grand entrance on Tik Tok with a major announcement, revelers on TikTok further got heated up as the superstar shared a fancy challenge about Buganda's cultural norms that is till now trending.

In the bucket challenge videos that he started performing with his family, Bobi Wine is seen quizzing his children about their cultural norms in Buganda especially their lineage.

Those that fail to narrate their lineage positively end up getting wet with a cold bucket of water. Within hours, the videos garner over 80k followers and over 150k likes.

TikTok is is a video-focused social networking service that hosts a variety of short-form user videos, from genres like pranks, stunts, tricks, jokes, dance, and entertainment with durations from 15 seconds to 10 minutes.

It is the app that has surely swept many Ugandans off their feet in the recent years of the Covid-19 period as many have since joined and are actively using it.

Many entertainers use TikTok to promote their craft and it has also birthed its own celebrities, most of whom have turned their big numbers of followers into a market to influence for big brands.
