Former Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) Commander, Major General Abel Kandiho has taken over the office of the Chief of Joint Staff from Maj Gen Jack Bakasumba.

This follows his recent appointment, after he was replaced by Maj Gen James Birungi at CMI.

Today, Kandiho took over office from Maj Gen Jack Bakasumba. Bakasumba now heads to South Sudan for Mission.

A photo of him seated, while in an AIGP uniform is already trending on social media, signaling his arrival in the Force.
