Mawogola Saza team has named Jamadah Magaasi as the new head coach ahead of the 2021 Masaza Cup to be hosted at Njeru Technical Center, Njeru.
Magaasi who was assistant coach last season replaces Simon Dunga who was over the weekend named the head coach at Busiro Saza team.
Mawogola has never won the Masaza Cup tournament and will hoping for one this time. They are pooled in Muganzirwazza group along 2016 champions Buddu, Busujju, 2012 runners up Buwekula and Butambala.
Mawogola's best performance came in 2004 and 2009 when lost to now five times Masaza Champions Gomba FC.
The Masaza Cup tournament is set to kick off in this November with all officials and players meant to be vaccinated to be elegible to appear inside Njeru Technical Center.
