Upon being dragged to police for assault, Swangz Avenue's song bird Winfred Nakanwagi also known as Winnie Nwagi has admitted mercilessly beating up her maid.
Last Thursday 26th September, Blizz Uganda ran you a shocking story about how the 'Musawo' singer had brutally beaten up her house maid over certain disagreements.
According to info Blizz Uganda received, Winnie Nwagi beat up her sickly maid for taking long to come back home from the hospital and also taking her water bottle with her without her permission.
Winnie Nwagi's maid only identified as Scovia had left her work place to seek for medication at the hospital given the fact that she is battling it out with cervical cancer.
However, Scovia took long to return back home yet the 'Bwogana' singer wanted to leave too for her regular gym sessions and body workouts which prompted her to doubt whether the former had gone to the hospital given the fact that she had moved out with her water bottle too.
Upon coming back, a battle broke out as Nwagi asked the maid to leave her home. She beat her up mercilessly with a liquor bottle, threw and broke a radio system on her and threw her out.
Though Scovia ran to Kikaya Police Station and opened up a case file for being assaulted by Nwagi (SD REF-20|25|09|2019, the singer has also come out to admit battering up her maid though refuting allegations by Scovia that she beat her up to coma to the extent of being exposed in the media claiming that all this is just a plan of quenching millions of shillings from her as a fine.
"I know where I hurt you most. You shouldn't frame me with lies. Yes I beat you up but if you want money, you should work for it but no one is going to give you bonus," stated the furious "Fire Dancer" singer during an interview with a certain TV station in town.
It must be remembered that this is not the fast time for songbird Winnie Nwagi to lose her temper given the fact that previously, she beat up a photojournalist from one of the biggest media houses during the Bell Jamz All Star Concert at Lugogo Cricket for taking photos of her thighs.
