Life is totally in a bizzare situation for the former Lubaga South MP as he is reportedly swimming in debts to the extent of pooling from every financial source and good friends so as to raise the court damages he is meant to compensate political activist, Habib Buwembo having lost a court case recently against him for lacking certified academic qualifications.
