BUL FC Ejects Express FC To Set Uganda Cup Finals Against Vipers

Underdogs BUL FC have ejected Uganda Premier League champions Express from Uganda Cup FC with a 1:0 win to set up a final against 2016 Uganda Cup champions Vipers SC.

Owen Mukisa scored the only match's goal to send Jinja based side BUL FC in the first ever Uganda Cup finals. The semi final appearance was their highest level in the tournament, a feat they also attained in 2015 when they were ejected by eventual winners SC Villa.

BUL who will be playing in their first Uganda Cup finals will lock horns with Vipers SC. The latter will be hoping for a second Uganda Cup title and only and first since they won the tournament in 2015 when they beat Onduparaka FC 3:1 at a fully packed Nakivubo stadium.

Vipers SC beat Police fc 2:0 in the other semi finals played on Tuesday still at FUFA Technical Center Njeru.

The two semi final winners ie Vipers SC and BUL FC will face of in the finals on Sunday, 26th September,2021.
