Thirteen time Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC have announced the arrival of Emmanuel Wasswa at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.
The holding midfielder has put pen to paper on a three year contract that will see him stay at the Morley Bwekwaso coached side until 2024.
He becomes the latest acquisition by the Lugogo based side joining a queue of new arrivals that include 2020 Masaza Cup MVP Arafat Usama, Brian Majwega-lately signed from URA FC and Yasser Mugerwa.
At KCCA FC, he beefs up the mid-field which already has Gift Ali, Dennis Iguma, Jurua Hassan, and Mugume Ashraf.
The recruitments come ahead of the CECAFA Kagame Club Championship slated for Sunday 1st July,2021 where KCCA FC intend to defend the title.
Wasswa brings in the much needed experience after his adventure as seen him play University football league for Nkumba University, Uganda Premier League football for Ndejje University, SC Vipers and lately for SC Villa who he left merely 24 hours ago.
Meanwhile, KCCA FC also confirmed Steven Sserwadda left the club for greener pastures at American outfit New York Red Bulls who play in the leagues top tier, the Major League Soccer.
