There is still lingering shock and tension with people abandoning their stalls out of fear as police is yet to confirmed how a market vendor in Nakawa died mysteriously during the cold last night. She has been found today morning.
According to reports, the deceased woman was complaining about a severe fever.
“In the past days, she has been complaining about a strange headache but she failed to get medication because she can’t leave her stall,” one of the vendors states.
“She wanted to quit but the children at home need what to eat as you know,” the vendor adds.
Even on Tuesday, a man collapsed at the old taxi park in downtown Kampala after starving for days with no assistance from his neighbours.
