Jose Chameleone Excited After Receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine Jab

Singer Jose Chameleone real names Joseph Mayanja has on Tuesday 6th received the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccines in Kampala.

The Leone Island Music Empire CEO becomes the first musician to be inoculated in the ongoing nationwide COVID-19 vaccination campaign exercise in the East African country.

By leading as an example in the local entertainment industry, Chameleone has secured himself from the possible risk of contracting the most troublesome virus in the world.

It must be remembered that Uganda launched the first phase of COVID-19 vaccination campaign on March 10, targeting high-risk groups in the East African country.

The ministry targets to vaccinate more than 21.9 million people who face the highest risk of the infection, which include health workers, teachers, security personnel, the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions.
