General Nalweyiso Contributes 10Million Towards Evelyne Lagu's Treatment

Major General Proscovia Nalweyiso has on Thursday 18th contributed a whooping shs10 million towards singer Evelyne Lagu's fundraising campaign.

The Zubair Family actress born Evelyne Nakabira is looking for a sum of shs 250 million so as to undergo a successful kidney transplant operation abroad.

On top of catering for the "Ogumanga" singer's health bills at Nakasero hospital, the State House aide and presidential advisor on military issues has credited the singer's bank account with finance relief worth shs10M so as to speed up her quick recovery.

Evelyne Lagu has also organised a charity concert dubbed "Save Evelyne Love (Lagu) Kidney Transplant where revelers and wellwishers will continue with the fundraising slated the 26th, 27th and 28th March 2021 at Theatre Labonita, Freedom City and PTC ewaMitanda respectively.
