Record Masaza Cup winners Gomba and 2017 champions Buddu have on Tuesday 19th January 2021 made it to the semi finals of the most prized football tournament in the country.
Gomba beat Bugerere 2:1 with goals coming from Tonny Kiberu and Charles Bbale before Ali Bayo Arshavin pulled one for Bugerere.
Buddu were 2:0 Victors over three time champions Mawokota. Farouk Ssenkaayi and Marvin Kavuma were on target for the Masaka side as their search for a second title continued to be a reality.
Gomba and Buddu join Busiro and Bulemeezi who already booked their slots in the semi finals earlier on on Monday 19th January 2021.
Busiro beat Mawogola 2:0 whereas Bulemeezi were 3:1 winners against Busujju.
Action resumes on Thursday 21st January with semi finals as Busiro will be taking on Gomba at midday whereas Bulemeezi will play host to Buddu later in the day at 3pm.
