Recently rushed to Agha Khan Hospital in Nairobi, Kampala sitting 50 year old Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago's health is still worrying as the famous lawyer is still fighting for his life. We have his health update straight from the hospital.
According to Blizz Uganda trusted sources, Lukwago is still weak and on treatment, breathing through devices like nebulizers, inhalers and on blood thinners. Doctors working on him discovered later that blood entering his lungs is thick.
The 50 year old Lukwago is in the hospital under the care of his wife, Nalongo Zawedde Lubwama, is still undergoing medical management.
"I am still struggling, but I will be fine," the Lord Mayor replied Monday when contacted on phone for an update about his condition.
A Ugandan consultant physician and Gastroenterologist who is highly sought after in Kenya and Professor Muhindi Wanjugu a consultant Physician and chest expert are leading the medical team that is working on the Lord Mayor.
“We continue to extend our thanks to the team in Nairobi, the people of Kampala and Uganda in general for your efforts, sympathies and prayers as we hope for and look forward to the Lord Mayor’s quick recovery and return to Kampala.” - She stated.
