FUFA is preparing for three international engagements but now have come out to alert the nation on supporters going back to the pitch.

FUFA Communication's director Ahmed Husein spoke to the media highlighting on the number allowed on the pitch most especially when Uganda takes on South Sudan on 12th November, 2020.

No supporters will be allowed at Namboole and the number stipulated by FUFA is 150 which includes the players, officials and help staff. This is due to the directive from CAF and FIFA to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in action as a mean to combat the COVID-19 Pandemic.

He continues to give that, FUFA would very much love to have spectators at the pitch supporting their national team but life should come first.

The other national teams to to have engagements include the U-17 national team for both males and females. The latter was meant to play against Cameroon in a bid to qualify for U-17 women world cup in India next year in February but CAF postponed to a further date to be communicated.

The U-17 national boy's team is preparing for the AFCON Zonal Qualifiers-CECAFA U-17 Challenge cup. It will take place in Rwanda from 13th-28th December 2020. The CECAFA (Central East Zone Qualifiers) will determine the two teams that make it to the AFCON U17 Finals in Morocco.
