Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club have on Friday 23rd announced the signing of midfielder Brian Nkuubi on a three year contract.
Born in 1993, the offensive midfielder joins the "Tax Collectors" as a free agent having been released by Vipers SC after the end of last season. He has been part of the two most recent titles won by Vipers.
At the four time Uganda Premier League champions, Nkuubi will bring the much needed experience in the squad as the Sam Ssimbwa coached side will be hoping for a fifth title.
He joins as the latest signing after the arrival of Arafat Galiwango, Ssali Davis, Jackson Nunda and Hannington Ssebwalunyo.
URA FC will be looking to clinching a fifth trophy in the forthcoming season and the first since 2010/2011. Last season,they finished fifth with 10 wins, 10 draw and five losses in 25 matches and with these additions, Sam Ssimbwa's seem to look more competent this season.
