More Heat in the Camp as Bakka and Kakuba Joins Uganda Cranes in Dubai

The Uganda Cranes contingent finally got green lights to their way to Dubai and are currently camping in the area ahead of their AFCON 2021 qualifiers match against South Sudan on 9th November, 2020.

The good news now is the duo of Alexis Bbakka and Alex Kakuba who have now joined the camp as preparations intensify.

Forward forward Alexis Bbakka plays professional football for swedish side Umea FC whereas left back Alex Kakuba plays for Portuguese based side CD Cova Piedade.

The two arrived in the morning hours of Friday 9th October, 2020 and brings the total number of foreign based players in the camp to eleven with Edirisa Torres thought to join the camp in the evening hours of the day.

The Uganda Cranes are topping group B with 4 points from two matches with Burkina Faso second with as many points as the Cranes (4) as Malawi and South Sudan stand third and fourth respectively.
