Woman Falls in Dam Water While Taking Engagement Photos with her Fiance, She Dies Instantly

After her saying 'YES' to her fiance Benjamin Kazungu, Dorcas went to take engagement photos at a water dam only for her to fall in and die instantly. The fiace tried saving her but the water was so strong and she couldn't survive.

A Kenyan lady has died in a freak accident after she fell to her death while taking photos near a dam. The deceased, identified as Dorcas Jepkemoi Chumba, died after she fell into the dam while on a date with her fiancé, Benjamin Kazungu, at Chepkiit Waterfalls in Nandi County, Kenya.

The lady tried desperately to hold on to something to survive while her boyfriend also tried everything to ave her but it did to no avail.

Chumba’s family has since requested the county government to help in retrieving the body of the deceased.“The tragedy indeed took place and we have come to accept that Chumba is no more. We are, however, requesting for help to retrieve the body and give her a befitting send-off,” the deceased’s brother Victor Kiptoo pleaded.
